Buffalo NY. It prides itself on using the freshest ingredients and prepared to bring out the full
flavor of the food. The food is delicious and the service is outstanding. The cuisine is best
described as European influenced with modern American techniques. The presentation is a work of
art. The restaurant is upscale and different from other Buffalo restaurants. It is comfortable with
white table cloth settings and eloquent. There is an extensive wine list perfectly matched with the
menu. The menu is mouth watering featuring appetizers like Ceviche, Octopus, Pork Belly, Tuna,
Salads and more. The main courses feature classics; Lobster, Scallops, Chicken, Prime Rib, Filet
Mignon, Duck, Pork Chops, Salmon, Lamb Chops and so much more. Lunch is a treat with some great
soups and salads, Pizza, Sandwiches, Burger's and Fish. Olivers is one of those Buffalo
Restaurants that creates a dining experience for lunch or dinner. The prices are remarkable. It is
definitely a restaurant you want to try.

Buffalo restaurants this may be the best. They have been serving delicious food for almost 50 years
in an eloquent setting with over the top service. They have received numerous awards and accolades
over the years including on of the best restaurants in Buffalo, Three Diamond award from Triple A,
and more. The dining room is exquisite and now you can dine in the outdoor patio with the same
sophisticated feel. The wine list is enormous with over 300 wines to choose from so you can make
the perfect match to your meal. The staff is always happy to make recommendations. Salavatore's
is more than just a Italian Fine Dining restaurant, they are also known for serving some of the
best steaks and seafood in Buffalo. Salvatore's also has something that most Buffalo
restaurants don't have, and that is a large banquet room that can accommodate up to 600 guests.
Perfect for that large wedding or event. The service is some of the best doing everything they can
to make sure you have the best experience. The menu is outstanding with great appetizers like
Eggplant, Shrimp, Clams, Antipasto, Calamari, Oysters, Pork Belly, Soups, Salads, Cheeses and more.
The main entrees are superb with Lamb, Lobster, Prime Rib, Ribs, Salmon, Duck, Pork Chops, and
Italian favorites like Osso Bucco, Penne Pasta with veal and pork, and Ravioli. You will also find

The Left Bank Restaurant is a warm, cozy fine dining restaurant in downtown
Buffalo. The food is great and the atmosphere is perfect for that relaxed meal which you savor by
candle light. The Left Bank restaurant also has a great Sunday Brunch with live Jazz from 11 to
2:30 and special Wednesday night specials. The menu is delicious with very reasonable prices that
you would't expect from a fine dining restaurant. Buffalo restaurants are known for the
fabulous food and The Left Bank delivers. The menu features some great Salads; Caesar, chopped
salad of tomato, cucumber, and red onions, Grilled Asparagus with smoked salmon, and artichoke
hearts. There is also a great fondue for two, fried Calamari, stuffed Portobello mushroom, Ahi
Tuna, Fresh Grilled Shrimp. Fried Oysters, Scallops and more. The high quality and fresh
ingredients are apparent with items from the grill, Pork Tenderloin, NY Strip Steak, Tender Filet
Mignon. Roasted Salmon, and Pasta dishes are just a few of the dining options. The menu is
extensive and everything is good. It is a good idea to make reservations as seating is limited, but
even if you don't it is well worth the wait.

Rue Franklin French Restaurant opened their doors in 1971 and has been
delighting diners ever since. Over the years it has received so many positive reviews from regional
as well as national publications. The Buffalo News, New York Times, and Esquire Magazine have
selected Rue Franklin as one of the best restaurants in Buffalo. The restaurant is warm, charming
and perfect for that intimate dinner. The service fits the restaurant and is warm, friendly,
helpful, and efficient. The menu is extensive and very good. You will find deliciously prepared
Halibut, Shrimp, quail, Escargot, Wild Salmon, Filet Mignon, and Lamb all cooked to perfection. The
tasting menu is thoughtfully assembled and is always changing so you can experiment with something
new each visit. There is also an excellent Prix Fixe menu that also changes and usually includes
seafood, meats or poultry. The wine list compliments the menu with a wide variety of wine at
various price points. Like all downtown Buffalo restaurants, Rue Franklin is close to everything
which lets you walk before or after many of the events downtown. There is outside dining available
so you can enjoy the beautiful Buffalo weather. Seating is limited so try and make

Torche's Restaurant in Buffalo NY features contemporary cuisine with their
own special touches. The chefs worked in some of the finest restaurants in Buffalo after culinary
school and have brought that experience to their own restaurant. The food is excellent and
presented as if it was a work of art. The ingredients are fresh and used to produce some of the
most delicious entrees served by any of the Buffalo restaurants. The chefs have a great deal of
experience using several different preparation techniques and that makes this restaurant special.
They ad their special touch to each menu item. The service is excellent as is the wine list. The
restaurant has some great Salads; house, steak, and caprese. The appetizers are special with a wide
variety of specially prepared and seasoned items. There is a great Beef Kebab that is very tender.
The entrees feature some flavorful items including the filet mignon, tempura shrimp, Salmon,
Chicken, rib eye and more. There is also a terrific tasting menu that really allows the chefs to
showcase their talent and it varies with the season. Its best to call ahead for reservations and
check on the tasting menu. The prices are very reasonable so it is no wonder why this is one of the
restaurants in Buffalo that everyone wants to eat at.

woodwork of that time. It was carefully restored to its original beauty and it truly a unique place
not only to dine but just to marvel at the architecture, murals, and decor. The food is driven by
that artisan influence and features local produce and seasonal items. In keeping with the history
of the restaurant, the farm to table focus is important. They are open for breakfast, lunch and
dinner. For breakfast enjoy some great Buttermilk Pancakes, Omelettes, Crepes, with smoked bacon,

Italian restaurants in Buffalo, it is considered the most authentic. Sinatra's is a fine dining
restaurant in every sense of the word with impeccable service, white table cloth settings, and
charming atmosphere. It has served presidents, sports stars, politicians, and celebrities from
around the country. It is chef owned restaurant so you know every aspect from service to the
kitchen will be exemplary. The meals are thoughtfully prepared using only the highest quality
ingredients. You can taste the freshness in the food. The menu is superb with Sicilian dishes
authentically prepared. Pick out your favorite appetizer and it will be good, soups, greens,
mushrooms and more. The menu is extensive and diverse with great Lasagna, Ravioli, Eggplant, Osso
